Your Tasks

Becoming a Working Student in Risk Management at Beiersdorf offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of further developing our risk management, e.g. introducing it to the possibilities of AI, while gaining broad experience in corporate reporting processes, usage of reporting systems & tools and data analysis. You will work with the corporate risk manager, embedded into an international team with stakeholders at headquarters and the finance community in our affiliates around the world.

Your key tasks will be:

• Assist the corporate risk manager with recurring risk management activities, with a strong focus on preparing risk reports for regional and functional management as well as the Executive Board of Beiersdorf.
• Extracting and generating data from the global reporting system
• Aggregating and consolidating datasets
• Preparing high-quality reports and presentations in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Performing initial data analyses and deriving insights regarding the company's risk landscape
• Serve as the primary point of contact for users of the global risk reporting system
• Responding to user questions and providing functional support
• Managing user accounts and access rights
• Coordinating reporting phases to ensure timely submissions, completeness, and data accuracy
• Contribute to and drive key projects within the corporate risk management function
• Implementing AI-driven solutions for risk inventory analysis
• Supporting enhancements and further development of the global reporting system
• Some of the work can be done in the home office in line with the company regulations

Your Profile

• Advanced studies with focus on Business Administration, International Management, Risk Management
• Enrolled during the whole working student activity in full-time studies (minimum 1year)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong affinity for data and very good MS Office skills, especially advanced MS Excel
• First working experience through training or internships in the field of Controlling / Finance, Risk Management coupled with Data Analysis
• Very good communication skills
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and quickly understand new topics and complex processes
• Structured and thorough way of working with high attention to detail, a result-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently
• Enjoy working in an international environment
