In Hamburg we are currently seeking an experienced

Senior Tender Manager (m/f/d)

As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full tendering process for offshore and marine projects, from pre-qualification through to contract award
• Analyse ITTs, RFQs and contract documents and define bid strategies in close cooperation with senior management
• Act as a key commercial interface towards clients, partners and internal stakeholders throughout the tender phase and coordinate internal stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Operations, Finance, QHSE) as well as external partners such as law firms, subcontractors and bidding partners
• Prepare high-quality commercial and technical tender documentation in line with client requirements and internal standards
• Develop and challenge cost calculations, pricing models and commercial assumptions for offshore projects
• Identify risks and opportunities within tenders and actively propose mitigation and optimization strategies
• Lead clarifications, negotiations and client communications during tender phases
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal and company-specific requirements
• Support the continuous improvement of tendering processes and bid management tools

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field
• Several years of proven experience in tender management, bid management or commercial project management within the offshore wind industry
• Additional experience in marine services, offshore construction, subsea, oil & gas or other complex project-based industries is considered a strong advantage
• Deep understanding of offshore project tendering procedures, commercial models and contractual frameworks
• Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial understanding of project tenders, including pricing logic and risk evaluation
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Strong analytical and structured working style, high level of ownership and accountability, and confident communication with clients and stakeholders

The salary range (gross annual salary) for this position is between €60.000 and €85.0000.
