Internship Digital Marketing & Content

What you´ll do

• Plan and implement social media content and campaigns in direct coordination with agencies and other service providers independently and tailored for our social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
• Develop digital activities and manage their roll-out via the global social media plan
• Support digital teams in more than 30 regions and countries and provide support for the implementation of digital marketing projects
• Realize own little content creation projects for our brands by ideating, producing and editing video and graphic content optimized for each platform
• Work within a connected and approachable international digital marketing team, catering for various professional brands
• Monitor social media trends, monitor platform updates and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry benchmarks.

What makes you a good fit

• Student with focus on digital/online marketing, media/communication studies or business studies
• Experience in the field of digital marketing, particularly with organic and paid social media, as well as SEO/SEA, websites and/or mobile apps are of advantage; ideally first experience in content creation with the smartphone
• Fluent in English language, other languages are a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, e.g. Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Analytical skills, reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently
• High interest in the professional beauty and haircare industry and passion for digital marketing and FMCG products
• Availability as of 15th of July 2026 in Hamburg

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
