About the Role

In this role, you will work in cross-functional teams of domain experts and engineers to promote multiple AI initiatives focused on both operational efficiency and product features. You will work on challenging software and system engineering topics in a dynamic and innovative environment, including specialized development frameworks, web applications, REST APIs, and BI solutions.

Working with a global network of regional offices and clients, you will be part of a truly international team. You will be an active contributor throughout all stages of the development process, developing AI-powered solutions across our technology stack.

Roles and Responsibilities

•  Develop innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve system architecture and product offerings.
• Promote efficiency and AI-driven tools and features across the software stack.
• Work across web clients, application servers, back-office servers, databases, and integrations with other systems.
• Contribute to AI initiatives spanning both internal efficiency improvements and product features.
• Collaborate with global development teams across regional offices.
• Work with AWS-based cloud tools and infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience  

• Background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
• Proficiency in Python and AI-related frameworks.
• Solid experience in data engineering, model deployment, and model usage.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• At least one year of experience developing AI-based solutions.
• Fluency in German and English.

Advantages

• Familiarity with edge AI, computer vision, or NLP.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance for AI (GDPR, AI Act).
• Computer Science degree or similar IT-related certification.
