We have built a strong and well-recognized position in renewable energy SCADA software and control solutions, with a solid footprint in Germany. We are now looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a substantial and well-established customer portfolio in the DACH region.
You step into a role with an existing revenue base and strong market traction, working with solutions that are already trusted by leading energy companies. Your responsibility is to build on this foundation and unlock further commercial potential across the region.
Your role
You will take ownership of an established customer portfolio and act as the primary commercial point of contact across the DACH region.
Your first priority is to ensure a strong and professional transition, building trust and continuity with existing customers while establishing yourself as the key commercial point of contact. From there, you are expected to actively grow and expand the portfolio through upselling, cross-selling, and by identifying new opportunities. You will work primarily with our software and hardware solutions within our Control Suite, including hybrid control systems, supporting customers in managing and optimizing the performance of their renewable energy assets such as wind farms, solar plants, and battery systems.
Your main responsibilities as our Account Manager DACH will be
Take over an existing customer portfolio and ensure a strong commercial foundation
Lead a structured and professional transition of customer relationships
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally
Drive commercial dialogue and identify opportunities across accounts
Lead sales processes from opportunity to signed agreements
Maintain a structured pipeline and deliver reliable forecasting in CRM
Contribute to new customer acquisition in selected opportunities
To be successful in this position, you

Navigate transitions and establish credibility as a new point of contact
Balance long-term relationship building with a clear commercial focus
Work in a structured way and follow through on commitments
Communicate value clearly in both technical and commercial contexts
Your background
You bring a commercial mindset and a relationship-driven approach to B2B sales, and you are motivated by developing existing customers rather than starting from zero.
Experience in B2B solution sales; experience within energy, software, or industrial environments is an advantage
Proven track-record to develop and grow customer accounts
Experience managing complex sales processes and stakeholder landscapes
Ability to understand and position technical or software solutions
Fluent in German and English
