(Junior) Marketing Manager - Go-to-Market (f/m/d)

About our CATAPULT Team

The CATAPULT Team partners closely with clients, crafting solutions that empower brands to make well-informed decisions spanning marketing, logistics, sales, and product management. CATAPULT empowers brands to make impactful decisions through real-time insights and market intelligence. If you are motivated, proactive, hands-on and excited to help the Marketing & Business Development to succeed, this role is perfect for you!

As a key player on our Go-to-Market team, you’ll take ownership of critical marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, demand and lead generation.

The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

• You create content for different channels, ie for LinkedIn, our blog — to position us as experts
• You plan and execute campaigns in collobarate with our agency and freelancer — for demand and lead generation
• You develop case studies — to help sales close more deals
• You analyze markets and competitors — to uncover new growth opportunities
• You grow our thought leader’s network with automation tools — to boost brand visibility
• You track KPIs and create reportings — to measure impact and guide improvements

Requirements

Who Are You?

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in marketing 

• Fluent in German and English 

• A mix of creativity and analytics
• Confidence working with KPIs
• You like to take ownership and run projects from concept to completion
• Experience with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Excel, Landing page builders
• A Masters's degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar
