As a Senior Marketing Artist (m/f/x), you’ll own the creative engine behind performance, shaping how millions of users discover and experience our brands. Operating at the intersection of creativity, data, and growth, this is far more than a design role. It’s where bold ideas turn into scalable performance drivers.

You’ll lead the creation of high-impact, mobile-first assets, pioneer new creative concepts, and continuously optimize performance in close collaboration with our User Acquisition team. From ideation to execution to data-driven iteration, you’ll play a key role in scaling campaigns globally.

What You'll Own:

• Own the creation of high-quality, mobile-optimized visual assets - including app icons, screenshots, promotional banners, videos, and other marketing materials that elevate our brands.
• Lead in-house shootings to produce compelling marketing content.
• Collaborate closely with User Acquisition Managers to develop innovative concepts and explore new ways to market our apps.
• Conduct market research and stay ahead of trends to identify best practices and inspire creative ideas.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights to continuously optimize creative output.
• Bring your creativity and ideas to the team, challenge the status quo, and help push boundaries to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align creative vision, ensure high-quality outputs, and bring marketing campaigns to life.

Your profile

• 4–5 years of relevant experience as a Digital Creative, Marketing Artist, or similar role, ideally within mobile marketing or the mobile gaming industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing projects and demonstrating proven expertise in creating high-impact marketing content.
• Technical proficiency in composing marketing creatives in line with briefings.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects) and experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools to generate, enhance, or optimize visual content.
• Data-driven creative mindset - able to draw insights from creative performance and apply learnings to future productions.
• End-to-end experience managing gameplay video production, from recording to editing and exporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced team.

Nice to have:

• 3D animation skills - create scenes, add effects or animations, and export videos with After Effects.
• Experience with playable ads.

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!
