MEET YOUR TEAM: BUSINESS OPERATIONS

adjoe’s Business Operations team connects the dots between business and tech. They analyze data across adjoe’s advertising supply and demand to identify gaps, align priorities, and drive smarter decisions. They ensure product roadmaps reflect business needs, and work closely with Tech to bring them to life. To make sure big ideas don’t get stuck, these people work across teams launching initiatives, fixing process gaps, and shaping product direction based on what the data says.

What you will do:

• You will create, analyze, and communicate reports and statistics for our business teams and partners.
• You will gather, validate and document the business needs.
• You will analyze commercial data such as revenues, CPIs, and other KPIs.
• You will model the business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements​.
• You will identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
• You will outline the business impact of proposed ideas (Earning vs Costs).
• You will simplify information so it is easily comprehended.
• You will implement and test solutions.

Who you are:

• You have a business orientation and can connect business dots and values behind numbers.
• You have 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• You are able to express technical issues comprehensively in business language.
• You are competent in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• You demonstrate strong critical thinking with clear action points, and take a proactive approach.
• You have experience with SQL and Visual analytic platforms.
• You are a team player and enjoy helping others.
• Nice to have: Experience in AdTech or Gaming
