suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for battery storage systems and renewables.

With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets on short-term electricity and balancing markets - while simultaneously minimizing their risks.

Our qualification team sits at the heart of our commercial engine. Every deal that gets closed started here - with someone who understood the customer, asked the right questions, and made sure the right offer landed at the right time. This role is that someone.

Your mission

In the energy storage market, deals don't start with a sales call - they start with an offer. Before a BDM ever enters the room, you've already qualified the customer, understood their asset, and sent an indicative offer that sets the tone for the entire relationship. That's what makes this role different.

• Manage Inbound Pipelines: Take full ownership of incoming leads, ensuring a smooth, structured, and fast qualification process through our sales funnel.
• Soft Selling Approach: Build trustful, long-term relationships with B2B prospects by acting as a consultative advisor rather than using high-pressure or hard-sales tactics.
• Meeting Scheduling: Proactively engage with inbound leads, qualify their specific pain points, and handle the booking and scheduling of strategic meetings for our senior sales team.
• Creating Client Proposals: Draft, structure, and deliver tailored, professional commercial proposals that precisely match the customer's technical and financial requirements.

Your profile

• Energy Background: You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Sustainability) combined with initial practical experience in the energy sector through internships, working student roles, or specialized academic projects.
• Communication & Empathy: You are a strong communicator who listens first, asks the right qualifying questions, and can break down complex AI-driven energy concepts for clients.
• Structured Mindset: You enjoy pipeline management, keeping CRM data precise, and coordinating multiple proposal requests simultaneously.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both German and English is required to successfully consult our international and local client base.
