Project Quality Manager (M/F)

Job Description

As part of the development of our activities in Germany, we are looking for a Project Quality Manager (M/F) to support industrial projects in the aerospace sector.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the relay of the Quality Manager for the follow-up of projects in Germany
• Ensuring the harmonization of working methods between projects in line with company processes, internal procedures and best practices
• Supporting project stakeholders in identifying, understanding and managing customer, regulatory and normative requirements
• Participating in the development of the Project Quality Assurance Plan and ensuring compliance with its provisions
• Reviewing and validating deliverable documentation addressed to the customer
• Preparing and participating in technical reviews during design, manufacturing completion and installation phases
• Ensuring the identification, analysis and treatment of internal and external non-conformities (customers and suppliers)
• Evaluating and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Conducting quality inspections to verify compliance with specifications

Your Profile

You hold a Master’s degree in engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Aerospace or equivalent) and have at least 3 years of experience in quality management within industrial projects .

You demonstrate strong knowledge in:

• Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
• Risk analysis methodologies and FMEA
• ISO 9001 quality management standards and Quality Gate processes
• Quality management within turnkey or tailor-made industrial projects
• Continuous improvement processes

You are fluent in German and able to work in a German-speaking professional environment.
You also have a good command of English (minimum B2 level) and are comfortable working in an international context.

You demonstrate strong analytical skills, rigor and method, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders. You are comfortable working on-site and willing to travel regularly to operational locations.
