As our Forecast & Event Products Assortments Planner (m/w/d) , you are the strategic architect of our global event retail performance. Your mission is to lead the creation of optimal product assortments and precise pickings to ensure our stores achieve the highest possible performance worldwide. You manage the entire end-to-end product lifecycle—from warehouse to event and back—while driving the evolution of our AI-based forecasting tools. This is an ideal role for an analytical professional with a structured, solution-driven approach who wants to have a direct impact on revenue optimization and stock efficiency within a high-growth international sports brand.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Forecasting & Assortment Planning: Analyze historical sales data and performance to generate accurate event forecasts and create optimal product pickings using our internal AI tool.
• AI Development: Contribute to the evolution of the AI forecasting application by providing business-driven insights and feedback based on real-world performance.
• Event Supply Operations: Manage the full product lifecycle, including placing initial warehouse orders, planning mid-event refills, and coordinating product returns post-event.
• Systems & Coordination: Prepare and validate assortment documentation, ensuring all global sales systems are updated with accurate data.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Logistics to ensure full alignment between forecasting outputs and physical stock worldwide.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance demand planning accuracy and assortment strategies globally.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: Proven background in demand planning, supply chain, operations, or retail planning, with strong experience in analyzing sales data.
• Analytical Mindset: You possess a data-driven approach with high attention to detail, particularly in system management and documentation.
• Tech Affinity: You have a strong interest in AI and technology applied to business optimization.
• Methodology: Structured, process-oriented, and solution-driven with a proactive ownership mentality.
• Environment: Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, international setting.
• Languages: English on C-Level, German or Spanish is a plus.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg.
