As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll join our cross-functional product team working on the core cofenster platform. You’ll be involved in developing exciting new features, maintaining and improving our existing systems, and ensuring our technology remains scalable, accessible, and reliable.

Tasks

• Shape the future of our AI agents by designing and building impactful new features
• Strengthen our codebase through smart refactoring, innovative solutions, and continuous improvements that make our platform more robust and scalable
• Champion accessibility, ensuring everyone - including people with disabilities - can use cofenster effectively
• Drive excellence in key engineering areas like security, performance, testability, and overall product performance
• Collaborate closely with a passionate, cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and our customer success team to turn bold ideas into reality and deliver impactful user experiences

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, as it is used from the frontend to the backend, as well as part of the infrastructure
• Comfort in backend technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, Prisma, and AWS
• Strong React skills and extensive experience building production applications with React
• An eye for product design, including knowledge of digital accessibility, to keep improving our product for all our customers
• At least 5 years of experience designing and building interfaces with code (HTML, CSS, accessibility, interface design)
• Experience with automated testing to contribute to the development of our QA pipeline (for instance, Jest, Cypress, or other testing frameworks)
• Ability to work efficiently in an agile team, ideally with some experience having worked on a SaaS product before
