Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Take ownership of projects end-to-end , leading them from idea to production
• Design , test and implement circuits and embedded firmware
• Build , debug , and iterate on prototypes
• Collaborate with suppliers , customers , and certification partners
• Document , support production , and mentor junior engineers
• Actively contribute to shaping team processes and fostering a positive work culture

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need 💪

• Proven track record of delivering industrial electronic products from idea to production.
• Strong proficiency in embedded firmware development .
• Expertise in electric circuit design, PCB layout , and debugging hardware and firmware issues.
• Hands-on experience building and testing prototypes.
• Ability to drive product features autonomously end-to-end .
• First experience in leadership or mentoring roles.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Great to have ➕

• Experience in CAD design and 3D modeling
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python for testing or data analysis
• Knowledge of gas measurement devices , particularly for methane or hydrogen
• Hands-on experience with production processes and conducting EMC or other external certifications
