Fishlabs GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, has been delivering outstanding video games since 2004, consistently expanding its portfolio of shipped titles. In December 2013, the studio joined Plaion (formerly known as Koch Media), a world-leading developer, publisher, and distributor of digital entertainment products. As part of Plaion and alongside the various sister studios across the globe, FISHLABS keeps creating stunning immersive experiences that inspire millions of players worldwide. The 70-strong, multinational team of FISHLABS has assembled a broad portfolio of award-winning own IPs as well as co-development titles and keeps at the forefront of gaming.

Your Mission

• Looking after the front office: You are the contact person for our colleagues and visitors
• Receiving and sending mail, general correspondence, as well as filing and office organization are part of your daily tasks
• Administration and ordering of office supplies (except IT hardware/software, which our IT department orders itself), merch items, drinks and food
• Checking incoming and outgoing invoices and being the contact person for suppliers
• Coordination with the property management (repairs and maintenance in the office) and external service providers such as cleaning services
• Organizing events (e.g. team events, Christmas parties, etc.) and travel planning.
• Looking after our company apartment (move-in and move-out dates, communication with the property management/cleaning service)
• Office onboarding for new employees
• We are looking for someone to work part-time in the mornings, on-site in our office, 5 days a week (~20 hours)

Your Skillset

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience
• At least 2–4 years of professional experience in office management
• A desire to work in an international environment
• Excellent command of German and English (English is the company language)
• Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A proactive, independent, and structured approach to work, a hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and a drive to move things forward
• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and self-confidence
• The ability to maintain an overview and a positive, friendly demeanor, even during hectic periods
• Flexibility in responding to various situations and the ability to spontaneously adjust priorities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively, even under pressure
