Hardware Team Lead (m/f/x)

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Grow, coach and organize a high-performing hardware team taking over full disciplinary responsibility
• Define how the team works : rituals, project management approach, tooling, reporting, and alignment
• Plan development milestones , timelines , capacity , risks , and dependencies across mechanical , electrical , firmware , and production workstreams
• Support pilots , demos , troubleshooting , and customer-facing technical issues

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering hardware from prototype to production
• Demonstrated ability to organize teams , structure work, and create effective processes
• Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, firmware, testing, and production efforts
• Ability to evaluate technical designs , identify risks early, and drive resolution
• Strong communicator who creates alignment across engineering, product, and business

Great to have ➕

• Knowledge of gas measurement devices , particularly for methane or hydrogen
• Work experience in fast paced VC backed startups
• Experience working within regulatory constraints such as ATEX
• Track record of managing a product portfolio
