Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Design andoptimisescalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel — from Marketing to Sales to Customer Solutions
• LeadRevOpsinitiatives from problem definition to implementation with a focus on measurable business impact
• Build forecasts, dashboards, and BI reporting to support strategic, financial, and commercial decision-making
• Support business planning and controlling through data-driven analysis and financial modelling
• Ensure clean and scalable CRM processes in HubSpot, including data quality and automation
• Identifybottlenecks, simplify processes, and improve operational efficiency across teams

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations roles
• You are analytical and enjoy forecasting, financial modelling, data crunching, and BI reporting
• You bring strong commercial acumen and understand the business context behind revenue decisions
• You enjoy building scalable systems, workflows, and CRM structures in HubSpot
• You are hands-on with automation and processoptimisation
• You think cross-functionally and understand how Marketing, Sales, and Customer Solutions work together
