We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Widebody Program Configuration Manager (m/f/d)".

Your tasks:

• Consolidate decision elements for the change gates respecting transfunctional and transnational needs
• Act as Product Change Leader and Configuration Management Operational Manager as well as Configuration Management Industrial Integrator within the ICC-ACP (Aircraft Change Process)
• Ensure embodiment of changes
• Good understanding of aspects that determine industrial feasibility and planning, especially Final Assembly Line requirement considerations
• Independent organization and chairmanship of meetings
• Ensure that Engineering MOD (Modification) closure is running according to the Program schedule
• Decide on the modification scheduling cluster at Decision Board, monitor and update the cluster according to actuals until MOD closure
• Understanding about the Airbus attestation process in their tools from Configuration Management point of view
• Perform gap analysis (Delta1)

Your profile:

• Compleeted studies in the field of electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering or a comparable qualification
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of configuration Management and aircraft construction
• More than one year of professional experience in the field of Manufacturing / Production, interface management and customer service
• Good knowledge of change management, project management and risk management
• Good knowledge in ICC
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel: once or twice per quarter within Europe (mainly Toulouse)
