Frontend Engineer

We’re building tools that empower people at scale and we do it with care, speed, and a strong sense of ownership. Our product is growing fast, and so is our engineering team. To keep pushing boundaries, we’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who takes pride in clean, maintainable code and loves turning great design into smooth user experiences.

You’ll work in a highly skilled, collaborative team that owns its domain end-to-end - from concept to production. Our frontend is built with Angular (v20+) , microfrontends, and our own component library, giving you the chance to shape both the product and the underlying tech foundation.

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience with modern frontend development , ideally using Angular (v20+)
• Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern coding practices
• A craftsmanship mindset — you care about structure, testing, and code quality
• Curiosity to learn, grow, and push both yourself and the team forward
• Great collaboration skills — comfortable working with design, QA, and backend engineers
• Awareness of UX, testing (unit & e2e) , and CI/CD principles
• Bonus: experience with microfrontends, shared component libraries , or end-to-end platform ownership

What you’ll do

• Build, test, and ship high-quality features that delight users and scale reliably
• Take ownership of your code — ensuring it’s reviewed, tested, and production-ready
• Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Identify improvements, blockers, and risks early — and act on them proactively
• Work independently within Shape Up cycles, focusing on delivery and craftsmanship

👩🏼‍💻Flexibility & Teamwork: We love our hybrid setup and meet to work on-site at least 1 day/week, with Wednesdays as the designated in-office day. While Wednesday is the minimum, we recommend spending 2 (or more) days in the office each week.
