# Job Description **WHAT YOU’LL DO** As a Sales Market Sales Controller, you secure accurate and forward looking financial planning and controlling for the Sales Market. You localize global QCP frameworks, steer OPEX and profitability, and provide strong analysis and business partnering to support sustainable cashflow and commercial decisions. *You will:* * Monitor sales, salary and workforce plans together with Workforce Management Specialists, challenging and supporting Area teams to meet productivity targets. * Provide actionable financial insights to improve trading outcomes and support business growth. * Track and follow up on initiatives to improve sales and profitability. * Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls and internal processes. * Act as a business partner to Sales, Expansion and HR, aligning resources with market priorities. * Support Sales Market leadership with financial evaluations, scenario analysis and cashflow management. **WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Market leadership, Controlling team, Expansion, HR, Accounting, Work Force Management Specialist.
