As a Product Success Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind the success of the (Smart) Replenishment software solutions.

About the job:

Customer Onboarding & Adoption
You guide brands and retailers in successfully using our Replenishment tools like Smart Replenishment and B2B Webshops. Your goal: a smooth onboarding process and long-term success.

Customer Engagement & Change Management
Through trainings, tutorials, and best practices, you ensure that our customers unlock the full potential of our solutions.

Strategic Account Management
You build strong relationships with our customers and identify opportunities for mutual growth and optimization.

Product Feedback & Improvement
You are the voice of the customer, bringing valuable market insights to our product team, helping our solutions continuously improve.

Problem-Solving & Support Escalation
Let’s get technical! You understand the data flows and processes behind our solutions and serve as the first point of contact for technical challenges. By working closely with support and tech teams, you help resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

We think you´ll be a great fit if you bring:

• A strong understanding of B2B (ordering) platforms, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making, ideally in fashion retail/wholesale.

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset, able to address challenges before they escalate.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to train users, engage with stakeholders, and translate complex solutions into clear benefits.

• Organizational talent – planning, executing, and keeping an overview- comes naturally to you.

• Ideally, you have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• You speak Dutch and/or German, as well as English.
