Systems Engineer Large Caliber (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Analysis of stakeholder requirements
• Definition of technical requirements
• Logical/functional decomposition of the system into subsystems or assemblies
• Creation of system/subsystem specifications and design descriptions
• Technical management during development (technical planning, management of requirements, interfaces and risks)
• Reporting on budget, costs, deadlines and quality standards
• Preparation and execution of internal design reviews
• Coordination, monitoring and documentation of the implementation, integration, verification and validation of the system
• Internal cooperation with other departments

This position can be filled at our locations in Unterlüß or Hamburg.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed university degree, e.g. in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience as a systems engineer and initial knowledge of project management
• Experience in the metalworking industry is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of systems engineering tools such as DOORS and Enterprise Architect
• Very good written and spoken English
• High degree of initiative and flexibility as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel
