Sales Manager for Food Ingredients (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• In this role, you manage and develop our international key accounts (clients, suppliers and distributors) through regular contact incl. visits

• You take full responsibility for the development, sourcing, and commercialization of food ingredients

• Therefore, you continuously monitor and analyze target groups, customer needs, competitor activities, benchmark products, and market trends

• Based on your analysis, you identify and drive new business opportunities as well as strategic partnerships

• You coordinate internal resources, capacities, and cost structures in close collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Additionally, you negotiate and prepare commercial offers as well as contracts driving sales and profitability planning

• You take over further tasks such as the creation of reports

Your profile:

• You successfully finished your commercial education or university degree with a focus on international sales, wholesale, business administration or comparable

• Furthermore, you gained at least 3 years of experience in international trading of food ingredients (e.g., in purchasing, sales, distribution, supplier management or customer service)

• You demonstrate a strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales and business development

• Additionally, you possess a high level of self-management combined with an analytical, structured, and goal-oriented way of working

• As a great team player, you are characterized by your reliability, proactivity, hands on mentality

• Your target group-oriented approach and your strong intercultural competencies convince us

• In addition, you are willing and flexible for international business travels

• You demonstrate very good communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
