About our Actionable Analytics Team

The Actionable Analytics teamis currently looking for a motivated Lead Web Analytics (f/m/d) to lead our Web Analytics projects and provide support to our clients as they embark on their growth journey. As a crucial team member, you will have complete ownership in driving success in this field.

The position is available as both full-time and part-time and is based in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

• You represent the company towards your clients and conduct workshops to deeply understand their business models and ensure that the solutions we deliver perfectly align with their specific use cases
• You drive further standardization and will continuously improve our web analytics services
• You play a crucial role in shaping our approach and ensuring we stay ahead of the game
• You provide valuable advice on the implementation of tracking solutions such as Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, Matomo, or Adobe Analytics. Moreover, you will guide clients in effectively utilizing the resulting reports and dashboards, ultimately enabling them to make data-driven decisions
• You are responsible for the seamless implementation of web analytics projects. By leveraging your knowledge of tag management tools and connecting various services, including CRM tools and ad networks, you ensure the successful execution of our clients' strategies
• You want to take on a leadership position within the web analytics team, which will involve coaching and supporting of team members in their personal development, as well as shaping the future of our analytics capabilities

Requirements

Who Are You?

• You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of web analytics, preferably gained in an agency or ecommerce setting
• You have a deep expertise in implementing and utilizing Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Consent Mode
• You have experience in multi-brand environments, with a strong understanding of KPIs, business goals, and resource management, and you thrive in fast-paced settings juggling multiple tasks and clients
• You have experience leading a team and supporting team members in their career development
• You approach tasks in a structured and analytical manner, while effectively prioritizing
• You work with attention to detail and ensure accuracy and precision in your deliverables
• You are intrinsically motivated and committed to meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of work quality
• You have a creative mindset, are capable of thinking outside the box and can identify innovative approaches to propel our clients toward digital excellence
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailoring your message to different stakeholders
