Jung von Matt HAMBURG is looking for a Community Manager (d/f/m).

Your Tasks Â

• Management and moderation of national and international communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Engaging with communities through comments, messages and conversations in a professional, empathetic and brand-appropriate way.
• Creating engaging dialogue formats, activation ideas and conversation starters to strengthen interaction and long-term community engagement.
• Supporting the development of community management guidelines, response logics and communication approaches.
• Monitoring trends, conversations, sentiment shifts and cultural developments across social media platforms and communities.
• Conducting social media monitoring and sentiment analyses to uncover relevant insights, trends and opportunities.
• Analyzing community feedback and performance data to derive learnings, recommendations and optimization ideas.
• Working closely with social media, strategy, creative and project management teams to bring community insights into campaigns and content.
• Advising clients on community management, engagement strategies and relevant platform developments.
• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality and brand-appropriate communication experience across all community touchpoints.Â

• You have a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital culture and community dynamics.
• You possess a strong sense for tone of voice, communication and audience-specific interaction.
• You are able to interact with communities professionally, empathetically and in a brand-appropriate way.
• You identify relevant trends, discussions and potential crisis situations at an early stage.
• You are able to analyze community feedback and derive relevant learnings and recommendations.
• You have a strong understanding of platform-native content and digital brand communication.
• You are fluent in German and English.
