For our aerospace location in Hamburg, we are looking for an Order Desk Support Aerospace Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS

• Independent and careful recording, pre-processing and checking of orders in our TOM system.
• Regular data maintenance to update and correct order information
• Communication with customers regarding missing documentation and clarification of open questions
• Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to customers on the status of orders
• Liaising with other departments to ensure an efficient flow of information
• Ensuring accurate and detailed data capture to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
• Invoicing our customers

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

• Your basis is a completed commercial apprenticeship
• Initial experience in precise data entry and document processing
• Good computer skills, especially in dealing with common software applications
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
• Your independent, detail-orientated and self-reliant way of working rounds off your profile.
