Job Description
- Independent project management: from business case evaluation and requirements definition to project design, implementation, and management
- Continuous optimization of our partner models (e.g., Fulfillment by About You) and the associated processes throughout the partner journey
- Supporting the introduction of new business models and scaling them into new markets
- Identifying bottlenecks (e.g., reporting discrepancies) and developing scalable solutions in close coordination with the tech and logistics teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with above-average grades, ideally in a business-related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, consulting, or a digital environment
- Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity in developing solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Strong interest in and good understanding of working with data and technical interfaces
- Strong personality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
