Procurement Manager (m/f/d)
- Lead price negotiations and manage contracts, SLAs, and framework agreements
- Select and manage parcel carriers and logistics partners in line with our carrier strategy
- Monitor partner performance (cost, SLA adherence, service quality) and drive improvements
- Conduct cost benchmarking and market analysis to identify savings and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Operations, Sales, Finance, and Product
- Manage escalations and ensure operational continuity
- Experience in logistics, procurement, or partner management
- Strong understanding of carrier pricing models and service structures
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in cost modeling and performance tracking
- Structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
