AUFGABEN

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and campaign execution across YouTube. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with creators, managing influencer campaigns, and building relationships within the U.S. and/or European creator ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Execute influencer marketing campaigns focused on YouTube creators
• Research, outreach and onboard creators aligned with client objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers
• Manage campaign negotiations, contracts, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate campaign execution from outreach through reporting
• Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, creator landscape changes, and emerging opportunities
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success
• Track KPIs including views, engagement, conversions, and ROI
• Scale creator networks across the U.S. and European markets

QUALIFIKATION

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Talent Management, or Digital MarketingProven experience managing YouTube influencer campaigns
• Strong understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem
• Experience working with creators in the U.S. and/or European markets
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Existing network of YouTube creators, agencies, or talent managers
• Experience with performance marketing campaigns
• Experience negotiating influencer partnerships and sponsorships
