Office & Business Support Assistant (m/f/x)

A varied role at the heart of our Hamburg office | 20 hours per week to full-time

Kongsberg Maritime is a global technology company with a strong international environment and a long maritime heritage. In our Hamburg office, many different people and topics come together. A meeting needs organising, a colleague needs practical support, an invoice needs clarification or something at the site simply needs to be taken care of. As our Office & Business Support Assistant (f/m/x) , you help keep everyday work running smoothly by organising, coordinating and following up. If you enjoy variety, bring structure to different topics and like getting things done, you will probably feel at home in this role. Depending on your experience and strengths, there is room to take ownership of additional topics over time.

From everyday support to keeping things moving | Your role in our Hamburg team

• Help keep our Hamburg office running smoothly
• Support colleagues across different teams and functions
• Organise meetings, events and office activities
• Coordinate suppliers, services and office equipment
• Maintain contracts and administrative documentation
• Support project and operations-related administration
• Assist with orders, invoices and related follow-up
• Keep systems, records and information up to date

Take ownership of topics as you grow into the role

• Support ad-hoc tasks and new topics as they come up

*As this role supports our Hamburg office directly, we generally need you on site at least three days per week.

What you bring | The foundation to grow from

• Completed vocational qualification in a commercial or business-related field
• Experience in office administration, business support or a comparable environment
• Good organisational skills and a reliable, hands-on approach
• Confident with Microsoft 365, including good working knowledge of Excel
• Fluent German skills are a must
• Good English and confidence to use it in everyday situations*
• Experience with ERP systems, project administration or finance is welcome, but not essential

*For English, around B2 is a good guideline. What matters is that you feel comfortable using it with colleagues, customers and visitors.
