Internship International Marketing & Product Innovation

What you´ll do

• Support the international marketing team in the product innovation process from first idea to implementation
• Assist in the creation and planning of content production, including leading your own project
• Steer communication with external agencies and internal stakeholders
• Support social media strategy development and content creation
• Be actively involved throughout the product development process
• Carry out product performance, competition and strategic market analyses
• Gain detailed insights into the exciting world of hairdressing and cosmetics

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies
• Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad is beneficial
• Fluent English language skills and other languages are advantageous
• Firm knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated team player with a high level of independence and a creative, openminded personality
• Affinity for beauty, with a particular focus on hair industry
• Availability as of July 2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
