Therapy Area Specialist / Pharmareferent (m/w/d) Respiratory - Gebiet: Heidelberg, Heilbronn, Aschaffenburg
AstraZeneca seeks a Therapy Area Specialist for respiratory diseases in the Heidelberg, Heilbronn, and Aschaffenburg region. The role involves providing scientific consultation to pulmonary specialists, developing account strategies, and coordinating with sales and medical teams to advance severe asthma treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and therapeutic consultation to pulmonary specialists in hospital and outpatient settings, focusing on severe asthma
- Analyze market and customer data to develop segmentation profiles and derive targeted improvement measures
- Develop and execute account plans with strict adherence to internal policies and industry codes
- Collaborate with sales managers, medical liaisons, and marketing to optimize engagement and activities
- Design and implement innovative training programs aligned with current customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or natural sciences, or certified pharmaceutical representative qualification
- Field sales experience managing relationships with hospital and office-based pulmonologists
- Experience in respiratory therapy area or biologic product portfolio
- Account management experience with strong product, market, and customer knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and CRM systems
- German and English language fluency, excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and mobility for field-based responsibilities
