Description

Now the company is looking for an ERP Administrator to join their team onsite in Hamburg

Tasks:

• Assisting in coordinating and delivering business project objectives, alignment, and close collaboration with the project manager
• Assisting in project update, progress report, resources, timeline, financial and cost tracking
• Assisting in risk mitigation, troubleshooting and solving issues
• Assisting in scheduling meetings and setting agendas for project meetings
• Updating assigned project reports
• Quality assurance, for example, through collating data, auditing, or compliance checks
• Helping to ensure system users comply with the trained process and workflows
• Ensuring proper documentation for each task, process, system configurations or customization
• Assisting in “As Is To Be” documentation, proposing solutions, system configuration, verification, training, migration and Go Live. End-to-end project management.
• Regular system administration activities. User business and system process support
• Assisting in conducting training for stakeholders.

Must-have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
• Min. 2 years of work experience in an equivalent position
• Experience in ERP support, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, and BI Reporting
• Proficiency in written and verbal English and German language
• Readiness to travel locally and overseas
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Effective planning, analytical, and implementation skills
• Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to work self-reliantly

Nice-to-have:

• Hands-on experience in software development and implementation
