YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d), who is an innovative thinker paired with strong business acumen, customer focus and a high level of energy. In this role you will built and leverage relationships in virtual communities and act single point of contact for the Industrie Division Automotive.
You take over the coordination of various customer services and delivery projects for SAP’s ID Automotive and actively contribute to the preparation and implementation of strategic decisions. Through your work, you make a valuable contribution to increasing the efficiency and innovative power of SAP in ID Automotive. Your support will help develop innovative solutions and further strengthen our position as a leader in digital transformation solutions for the automotive industry.
The future owner of the role will
- Drive and manage strategic projects across the ID Automotive
- Align initiatives with the ID Head and management team
- Monitor and report progress of projects to management
- Operations and day-to-day management: Prepare, execute, and follow-up strategic meetings and topics with internal and external stakeholders to ensure goals and objectives are achieved by managing and prioritizing actions.
- Appointment and e-mail management: Management of the manager's calendar and e-mails, including monitoring, sorting/categorization, and proactive handling of incoming communications.
- Meeting and event management: Organizing meetings, including coordinating and managing team meetings and external events, room reservations, and preparing briefings.
- Travel management: Coordination of travel, including organizational preparation and follow-up, expense reports, visa requests, etc.
- Support for operational topics: support for budget monitoring, portfolio planning, roadmap deliverables, reporting, and so on
- Create and maintain tools/templates/policies: Support and improve team processes by creating and maintaining utilities, templates, and policies.
- Administrative tasks: Manage workflows, orders, internal orders, distribution lists, and so on
- Updating materials: Editing materials, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations.
- Link between executives and stakeholders: As a point of contact between key leaders, internal and external stakeholders, and partners.
- Ad-hoc support: Provide support to the team, including preparation and support of workshops, response to Executive Board requests, and support for cross-functional projects.
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: Bachelor (or equivalent) minimum requirement
- Solid understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, customers, partners, markets and competition
- Good network within all levels at SAP.
- Project Management Experience is a plus
- Excellent communication & presentation skills on all management levels
- Fluent in German and English
