AGGP2027 – Graduate Program in Quality Department

What you will be doing

You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of Graduate Program in Quality Department and can expect to be involved in the following:

• You could be leading systemic root cause analyses to eradicate quality issues, leveraging data-driven insights to predict and mitigate risks, or overseeing the integration of advanced quality standards throughout the product life cycle.
• By collaborating with diverse teams, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every project not only complies with the highest safety and regulatory requirements but also delivers 'Right First Time' results that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to our sustainable aerospace mission.

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position in Quality department.

What we look for

To be a successful applicant you must demonstrate you have:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Production, Quality, Project Management or a related discipline
• Project Management and communication skills
• Experience/Willingness to work in a transnational environment,
• Experience on Practical Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement and general knowledge on corrective tools (PPS, Event, SARI, QSR) would be a plus
• Good technical understanding (Process and Quality)
• Language Skills: Negotiation level of english, French & German would be a plus.
