Transform data into strategies that drive product growth at the intersection of analytics engineering and advanced analytics. Influence engagement, retention, and monetization results as a trusted partner of the product team and play a key role in scaling features and experiences in new and competitive markets. Optimize product development priorities and drive user engagement growth across all platforms while building a deep understanding of feature performance, engagement patterns, and player lifetime value development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve measurement frameworks (e.g., feature adoption, engagement scoring, incrementality tests, user health metrics) and apply advanced statistical methods to guide roadmap prioritization, feature mix, and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain scalable dbt data models and Tableau dashboards that enable self-service reporting on product performance (DAU/MAU, feature adoption rates, retention curves, engagement depth, monetization funnels).
- Analyze product performance across platforms and develop predictive engagement models for hybrid monetization (IAP + Ad Revenue). Be responsible for optimizing the conversion funnel and monetization event tracking.
- Design and conduct A/B tests for feature launches, UI/UX variations, onboarding flows and monetization mechanics to optimize the entire user journey.
- Conduct user segmentation, behavioral cohort analysis and user journey mapping to identify potential in engagement, retention and monetization.
- Work closely with Data and Product Engineering to ensure data quality between product analytics tools, BI stack and backend event systems.
- Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to influence senior leadership and drive data-driven decisions regarding the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in product analytics and data modeling (B2C product experience preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis and predictive modeling (e.g. churn prediction, LTV forecasting)
- Practical experience with dbt and Tableau (or comparable BI tools)
- Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning (regression, Bayesian methods, causal inference, experimentation design) with application to product use cases
- In-depth understanding of product metrics frameworks, funnel analysis, and A/B testing in digital products and in-app experiences.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that influence senior stakeholders
- Proactive, results-oriented work style with responsibility for analyses from the pipeline to business impact
- Fluent English skills
- 5+ years of experience as a product analyst in the B2C or gaming sector
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a quantitative subject
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, and event tracking architecture
- Experience with feature flagging platforms (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely) and experimentation frameworks
- Experience in a gaming or product company with large-scale analytics across multiple platforms (mobile, web, console)
- Practical experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, LangChain, n8n)
- You benefit from a professional team of colleagues with many years of experience in the industry.
- A dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and quick decisions, offering plenty of scope for your own ideas.
- Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely (attendance in the office 2 days a week is expected)
- Regular company events
- Fruit, drinks and meal allowances
- Subsidy for the Germany Ticket
- Membership with Wellpass possible
Then we look forward to receiving your application!
