IT AI Governance Specialist (m/f/d)

As an IT AI Governance Specialist , you enable the secure, scalable, and efficient implementation of AI solutions across the organization. Working at the intersection of IT, governance, architecture, and business functions, you help ensure that AI initiatives align with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance frameworks. You will collaborate closely with international stakeholders, technology partners, and governance bodies to support the responsible adoption of AI technologies.

YOUR TASKS

• As an IT AI Governance Specialist, you support the secure and scalable implementation of AI use cases across the IT landscape
• You define, maintain, and continuously improve governance frameworks, processes, and methodologies for AI initiatives
• You ensure compliance with architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and AI governance requirements throughout project execution
• You coordinate collaboration between IT, Corporate AI Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data Governance, and external partners
• You manage AI service providers, including vendor performance monitoring, contract lifecycle management, and budget oversight
• You support the operational deployment and lifecycle management of AI solutions in productive environments
• You prepare regular reports on delivery performance, governance compliance, architecture alignment, and vendor effectiveness for key stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT governance, enterprise architecture governance, compliance, or related governance functions
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, or comparable standards is beneficial
• Experience with AI platforms and services such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, SAP AI, or similar technologies is desirable
• Familiarity with governance and management frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, ISO/IEC 38507, or ISO/IEC 42001 is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Professional English language skills and a structured, self-driven approach to work
