Junior Compliance Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

• As part of our compliance team in our holding, you support in the development, implementation and monitoring of a compliance program for our whole HSH Chemie Group as well as in the adaption of such based on local requirements

• This includes the following topics: Sanction Checks, Taxonomy, Anti-Trust, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Cyber Security, Due Diligence (DD), Health and Safety, Know Your Customer (KYC), (Supplier) Code of Conduct, Procurement, Risk Assessment, Staff Training, Whistleblowing

• Therefore, you are collaborating closely with our group-wide compliance colleagues as well as external stakeholders (such as regulatory authorities, lawyers, auditors, insurers, financial institutions) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, HR, IT, Finance/Accounting)

• You develop group-wide compliance policies, procedures, practices as well as related training (digital and in person) and guide our international compliance colleagues in their local adaption and implementation

• Furthermore, you support in the preparation and conduction of external as well as internal audits (e.g., ISO, NIS2)

• To ensure that we live up to our high standards in the long term, you keep track of regulatory changes and regularly conduct compliance risk assessments

Your profile:

• You successfully finished your studies with a focus on compliance, risk management or law and gained first professional e.g., as a Working Student

• Furthermore, you possess strong analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and deadlines

• You demonstrate a proactive, structured, pragmatic, and reliable approach taking initiative and responsibility

• Based on your outgoing personality you feel comfortable approaching our international colleagues and managers

• Your interest in chemical raw materials and distribution make your start with us even smoother

• Additionally, your target group-oriented communication style and fluency in English as well as German language (written and spoken) convince us
