To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a:

Working student Quality Department (f/m/d)

in part-time, 20 hours

We are looking for a Working student to support our Quality Control team in daily laboratory and quality-related activities. This role is ideal for a student in food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, microbiology, or a related field who would like to gain practical experience in a food production environment.

Tasks:

• Support chemical, physical, microbiological, and sensory analyses of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, and finished products
• Assist with sample preparation, documentation, and evaluation of laboratory results
• Support MHD analyses and stability tests
• Help maintain hygiene and order in the laboratory
• Assist with pre-operational and GMP inspections on the production floor
• Help with monitoring, maintenance and care of laboratory equipment
• Support the preparation of simple reports, overviews, and trend analyses
• Collaborate with the Quality Control and Quality Management teams on daily tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Available to work on Fridays
• Currently studying food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, microbiology, pharma technology or a similar natural science field
• First laboratory experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Interest in microbiological and quality control methods
• Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety is a plus
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Good English skills; German is an advantage
• Basic PC skills, especially MS Office
