We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position Programme Data Analyst & Systems Project Leader (d/f/m)

Your tasks:

• Create value for the team by addressing current business challenges through the use of digital Data technologies - including using data analytics to deliver insight and improve performance
• Support cross domain, business-critical issues and work with our partners on appropriate solutions
• Breakdown the requirements and priorities collected and defined together with the operational teams into possible new solutions in order to build the backlog and the project roadmap, by identifying the best fitting solution for the customer in collaboration with the technical team
• Act as a project leader to drive topics from idea generation through proper definition, development process and deployment of digital solutions securing the needs realization with the technical teams
• Support the definition and follow up of the BSM (Single Aisle Programme Management) Digital Vision and strategy in alignment with all BSMx (Single Aisle Programme Management sub-teams) teams and with the company Digital Transformation
• Support a proper set up for the management of Airbus data to better steer, control and anticipate
• Build a digitalisation bridge and secure an alignment with key functions, programs and divisions
• Be accountable for the on-time, on-cost and on-quality fulfillment of all project deliverables
• Ensure to deploy solid project management means
• Analyse data, deliver insights and develop solutions for business critical issues
• Build a strong network tailored to the individual project needs and maintain frequent collaboration and alignment with all key contributors and stakeholders

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of aerospace, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent qualification
• More than two years of proven experience in digital transformation, AI and data management, as well as project management
• Very good knowledge in Java, Python, SQL and Google Workspace
• Good knowledge in change management and process management
• Knowledge on Airbus Data Analytics Platforms (Skywise, EBAM, Spotfire, Clicksense) is mandatory
• Good understanding of A320 Family process, methods & tools
• Experience in stakeholder management for at least 2 years
• Negotiation-level English skills
• German is nice to have
• Willingness to travel: once per quarter (within Europe)
