Project Coordinator (d/m/w) AIRBUS

As a Project Coordinator (d/m/w), you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and ensuring successful project execution within the Structure and Cross department for FAL. With Airbus situated in the dynamic location of Hamburg Finkenwerder, you’ll engage with top-tier stakeholders and support projects that drive the future of aviation, manufacturing, and quality process improvements.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate and oversee complex projects to meet objectives within time, scope, cost, and quality standards.
• Identify, align, and manage project interfaces while preparing detailed effort plans and descriptions.
• Plan and control supplier order management ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Conduct economic studies to ensure project feasibility and success, while liaising with both contractors and clients.
• Integrate projects into existing processes and policies, including manufacturing and quality procedures.
• Document project budgets, statuses, risks, and mitigation measures to safeguard project outcomes.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of systems that support the effective production cycle and align to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like SAP and Google Workspace to enhance operational efficiency.

• Hold a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Demonstrated experience in project management for 2 years.
• A background in manufacturing, aerospace production, and process improvement with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Google Workspace with detailed knowledge of risk management processes.
• Sound knowledge of both written and spoken German and English at negotiation level.
• Flexibility to undertake travel up to once per year globally.
• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities, paired with strategic thinking and budget-consciousness.
• A commitment to achieving project objectives within prescribed frameworks.
