Quality Site Inspector Offshore (m/f/d)

This will be your future job

• Conduct quality inspections on offshore sites according to Project Quality Plan and ITPs
• Verify compliance with quality requirements using Inspection & Test Plans and SWP IMS
• Assess workmanship of installations, ensuring required standards are met
• Identify, document, and investigate non-conformances on site
• Manage non-conformance workflows including documentation and closure verification
• Support site teams in operating the NC management system such as SAP or other digital tools
• Maintain accurate as-built quality records for all project phases using digital documentation platforms
• Ensure traceability of turbines and components throughout project lifecycle with tracking systems like RFID or barcode solutions
• Adhere to EHS standards, report EHS-related non-conformances to relevant teams

Your profile

• Completed technical degree e.g. engineering, construction management or equivalent qualification
• Experience in offshore wind, energy infrastructure or industrial construction projects
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and related quality management systems
• Familiarity with inspection methods for mechanical/electrical installations
• Practical knowledge in managing NC processes using digital platforms (e.g., SAP QM)
• Understanding of root cause analysis methodologies
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and test plans
• Knowledge of English language; additional languages an advantage
• Offshore certificates (BOSIET/HUET/GWO) should be available
