Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Quality Development - limited for 24 months
- Translate HL 2030 strategic objectives into clear project concepts, frameworks, and execution roadmaps
- Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, governance models, and key dependencies
- Continuously assess voice of customer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape and support strategic priorities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and implementation through rollout and post-launch stabilization
- Drive execution across Head Office, Regions, QSC, and GCC, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency
- Partner with IT, Digital, GQ PEX, and other functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
- Act as a trusted execution partner for GCD, DIA, IT, regional leaders, QSC, and GCC
- Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups through structured governance forums and engagement models
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely, well-informed decision-making
- Create C-level-ready reporting and updates using Salesforce Analytics, Qlik Sense dashboards, and tailored stakeholder feedback
- Communicate progress, risks, financial impact, and outcomes through clear, structured, and compelling storytelling
- Enable senior leadership to make data-driven decisions through concise, insight-focused communications across Head Office and Regions
- Track KPIs, milestones, and benefits realization to ensure delivery of committed outcomes
- Lead performance management initiatives linked to the HL 2030 strategy, driving continuous progress
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of standardized project management practices, tools, and governance models
- Build, lead, and develop a team of project and program managers to deliver on the "Undisputed No. 1 for Quality" strategy
- Foster a culture of problem-solving, strategic thinking, accountability, and strong customer orientation
- Provide coaching and mentorship, supporting continuous improvement and professional development
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within complex, matrix organizations
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional, or transformational initiatives
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or global service environments is an advantage
- Strong conceptual thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities, including at senior leadership levels
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, executive-level narratives
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus
- Resilient, analytical, and outcome-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
