With a global reach, we provide comprehensive services encompassing strategy development, planning, early design consultancy, and project execution, right through to the operational phase of offshore wind farms.

In Hamburg we are currently seeking an experienced

Project Planner (m/f/d) - Offshore Wind

As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• Development of the Project Master Schedule in line with project requirements and scope for offshore wind farm projects
• Maintaining and regularly updating the Project Master Schedule, including the preparation of planning reports for monthly project reporting
• Proactively identifying, flagging and reporting schedule risks and milestone deviations to the project team and relevant stakeholders
• Carrying out “what-if” scenario planning to support optimisation of project delivery
• Establishing and maintaining effective communication across project delivery teams, joint venture partners and other stakeholders
• Supporting and mentoring the professional development of junior colleagues

• Completed university degree in a technical or engineering-related field, e.g. industrial engineering, engineering, project management or comparable
• Several years of experience in project planning within complex projects, ideally in offshore wind or large infrastructure / energy projects
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 and additional project control functions, including cost control and resource loading
• Experience with project risk management processes
• Clear and concise communication skills in English, both written and verbal, combined with a structured and proactive working style
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

The salary range (gross annual salary) for this position is between €60.000 and €75.000.
