Manager (m/f/d) IT Controlling

With a fleet of 308 modern container ships and a Vessel Capacity of 2.4 million TEU, as well as a Container Capacity of 3.7 million TEU including one of the world's largest and most modern reefer container fleets, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. The employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.
Establish and maintain efficient processes and tools for planning, analyzing and reporting IT expenditure at a global level Budget and forecast preparation for worldwide IT cost/services, incl. coordination within the departments Design of associated financial processes and governance model Preparing sound financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures, taking into account the current economic situation Achieving budget targets through effective planning, analysis and implementation of corrective actions Increasing efficiency through the continuous development of existing processes Stakeholder management for functional and hierarchical levels in IT
Completed bachelor's degree in economics or a related subject area Several years of expertise in IT controlling in an international environment - ideally also in setting up effective IT controlling Experience in financial management functions, especially with large, globally distributed teams in a complex matrix organization Fluent in English and German for effective communication in an international working environment Comprehensive understanding of the holistic structure of IT service management and the related technological architecture Proven experience and knowledge in the design and successful implementation of strategic IT projects Solid knowledge and experience in SAP FiCo, for efficient processing of complex financial data Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and IT Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
