Unser Accounting, Tax & Trade Compliance Team stellt die korrekte finanzielle Berichterstattung sicher, gestaltet steuerliche Strategien und gewährleistet die Einhaltung aller Handelsvorschriften und Zollvorschriften. Wir arbeiten eng mit anderen Finance Teams und Business Teams zusammen, treiben Prozessoptimierung voran und liefern praxisnahe Lösungen in einem sich stetig weiterentwickelnden Umfeld. Als Senior Treasury Specialist bist du fester Teil dieses Teams und baust das Thema Treasury bei MOIA von Grund auf mit auf. Insbesondere die Kombination aus rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, internationalen Finanzstrukturen und der Entwicklung neuer Technologien zum autonomen Fahren bringt regelmäßig neue und spannende Herausforderungen mit sich.

Deine Aufgaben

• Zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau einer Treasury Funktion innerhalb der MOIA Gruppe.
• Strategische Gesamtverantwortung für Liquiditätsmanagement, Finanzierung und Risikosteuerung.
• Steuerung der Finanzierungsstruktur inklusive Kommunikation mit dem Konzern Treasury sowie externen Banken.
• Enge Abstimmung mit anderen Fachabteilungen, insbesondere dem strategischen Unternehmenscontrolling.
• Analyse und Bewertung komplexer Finanzstrukturen sowie Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Reports für die Geschäftsführung und Aufsichtsorgane.

Was dir hilft, deine Rolle zu erfüllen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Treasury eines internationalen Unternehmens oder im Finanzmanagement.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzmärkten, Cash Management und Risikosteuerung.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Treasury Management Systemen und modernen Reporting Tools.
• Analytische Stärke, strategisches Denken und souveränes Auftreten.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
