Tender & Installation Support Expert (m/f/d)

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS

• Provide technical assistance to the Construction and Project Management departments

• Support the Tender Management team in crane and installation operations by preparing documentation and technical input during the bidding process

• Analyze crane operations and construction site layouts to support project planning and execution

• Review lifting plans and propose crane strategies

• Prepare and maintain KPI reports for performance tracking

• Manage technical documentation, including instructions, updates, and change management processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong attention to detail with precision in documentation and reporting

• Abilityy to multitask efficiently without compromising quality

• Collaborative mindset with adaptability to different team dynamics

• Resourceful approach to solving logistical and administrative challenges

• Solid understanding of crane capacities, operations, and site layout planning

• Experience in supporting tender processes, including documentation, data analysis, and compliance

• Proficiency in managing contracts, permits, and legal documentation

• Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, meetings, and coordination

• Confident use of Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, plus experience with CAD and LICCON software

• Clear communication across departments, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level is required

Willingness to travel: You are ready to travel and work flexibly on-site according to project requirements.
