What will you be doing?

• Leading by example as a qualified sales winner, actively hunting and converting new business across the DACH ocean freight market
• Building assured, trust-based relationships with clients, delivering inspired, tailored solutions that exceed expectations
• Collaborating with refreshed, cross-functional teams for seamless and improved customer experiences
• Owning the sales cycle with focus and determination from prospecting to deal closure and post-sale client satisfaction

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Strong experience in ocean freight and SaaS sales with a proven record of winning new business
• Motivated by growth: entrepreneurial spirit, results-driven, thrives in a high-energy environment
• Fluent in English and German, and able to explain complex technical concepts to clients
• Brave, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with no rigid playbook
