Working Student Procurement (m/f/d), fixed-term for 12 months
- Support ongoing Procurement projects, such as market analysis, category strategies, tenders with RFIs, RFQs, RFXs, negotiations and implementation
- Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the Procurement team
- Create and optimize local reports and dashboards to visualize data, trends and KPIs and to support monitoring of suppliers' performance.
- Support the Implementation of key COE tools such as iCertis and Keelvar
- Monitor suppliers' investment in sustainable practices, such as SEDEX registration and audits, or review of sustainable sourcing of raw materials
- Support with the migration projects
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Hands-on mindset, interested to learn how Procurement works in day-to-day operations
- Able to identify issues, source of concerns and propose solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint, PowerQueries, PowerBI and PowerAutomate is a plus
- Nice to have: initial experience with spend analytics tools (e.g. Ariba, Sievo), eProcurement tools (e.g. Keelvar) or contract management tools (e,g, Icertis)
- Fluency in English; German skills are an advantage but not required
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn new topics; strong communication skills, great listener who feels comfortable with asking questions.
- Proactive, willing to suggest ideas and try new approaches.
- A team player who collaborates, but also able to work independently when needed.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks responsibly
- Motivated to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and procurement
