IT Supporter (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "IT Supporter" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Handling ad-hoc requests and questions from the business and colleagues within IT
• Contributing to IT related projects, providing guidance and setting forth requirements related to Satair and Airbus channels IT setup
• Ensuring continuous service improvement
• Capturing and sharing knowledge through written Knowledge Articles related to Satair Hamburg IT
• Ordering, handing out and setting up specific IT equipment and ensuring Asset Management is done according to Airbus processes
• Helping employees submitting tickets and routing them to the right resolver group
• Assisting with coordination of Joiner and Leaver IT tasks
• Escalating tickets when required to relevant stakeholders
• Working closely with the different Service Desks within the organization of Airbus and acting as first responders when major incidents occur, ensuring proper information gathering, communication and escalations are done
• Supporting Airbus user population in various locations in Hamburg

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of Computer science, stakeholdermanagement and Customer Service
• Good knowledge in IT Asset Life Cycle Management
• Very good knowledge of IT Service Management tools (such as ServiceNow)
• Fluent in German and English
