Working Student BG Logistics (m/w/f)
Job Description
About the role:
- Support strategic supply chain and logistics improvement projects.
- Analyze data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support the transition from 6-inch to 8-inch manufacturing technologies.
- Maintain and clean master data in relevant business systems.
What you will do:
- Work on product transfer projects.
- Depletion of legacy inventory.
- Identification of additional cost-down opportunities.
- Data cleansing and process optimization activities.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Product Marketing and Operations.
- Support project tracking and implementation activities.
- Challenge: ensuring data accuracy and supporting complex product transitions.
This is you:
- Student in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in supply chain processes.
- First practical experience through internships is beneficial.
- Data analysis capabilities.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Supply Chain or Logistics specialization.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Power BI.
- Previous internship experience.

The Logistics and Supply Chain team is responsible for ensuring an efficient and reliable end-to-end supply chain, from demand planning and inventory management to customer delivery. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing, the team plays a key role in balancing customer requirements with operational capabilities. The department operates in a dynamic international environment and contributes directly to customer satisfaction and business performance.
